Loki Ball
Co-Founder and CEO
Loki holds strategy and policy expertise within the care industry. His career includes serving as Chief of Staff to three Ministers responsible for social services and disability supports, working at a global management consulting firm in health and human services, and providing policy leadership at the Australian Human Rights Commission. Loki has a strong track record of supporting government and non-government decision-makers on critical issues such as NDIS implementation, health policy, housing, and child protection.
Dr Harrison Ball
Co-Founder and Chief Scientist
Harrison holds a PhD in physics from the University of Sydney and is an expert in complex information systems. He previously led experimental hardware and software research teams at two global quantum tech startups, Q-CTRL and Universal Quantum. Harrison now leads Performl’s ambitious research program.
Jacky Xie
Senior Research Engineer
Jacky is a senior member of Performl’s research team, leading experiments to develop Performl’s data integration infrastructure and novel query engine. He brings applied expertise in conducting simulations and implementing prototypes to test and refine our technical hypotheses.
Calvin Chang
Research Engineer
Calvin works across Performl’s research program, creating novel evaluation datasets and algorithms to support our experimental activities.
